Properly grading our raw wool purchases can only be done by hand.  This, as you may imagine, requires years of experience and our grading process is recognised by many in the industry to be amongst the best.
The raw wool is carefully sorted into several different grades which each have a number of uses.  The best wool grades are used for producing fine yarns and laces whilst the lesser grades are used for a number of other applications.
